The Founder
Oliver Burleigh
Founder & Principal
Oliver Burleigh is a British entrepreneur and investor with interests spanning construction, real estate development, hospitality, technology, and artificial intelligence.
Beginning his career as a trainee electrician, Oliver developed a deep understanding of the construction industry from the ground up. Through hard work, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial ambition, he progressed from working on site to founding and scaling multiple businesses.
He founded ORB Mechanical & Electrical, which has grown into a leading design-and-build contractor delivering complex mechanical and electrical projects across the UK. Building on this foundation, Oliver later co-founded CB Construction Management Ltd, delivering large-scale residential developments throughout the South West of England.
Alongside his construction ventures, Oliver established Executive Properties & Lets, a hospitality and property investment business focused on acquiring, developing, and operating high-end accommodation and hospitality assets in prime UK locations.
Oliver is also an active investor and board member in a number of technology and data-driven businesses, with particular focus on financial technology, consumer data platforms, and artificial intelligence.
Through his work across multiple ventures, Oliver has developed strong relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and strategic partners, collaborating on investment opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, and technology.
Today, Oliver leads Burleigh Investments as a multi-sector investment group focused on building scalable businesses and long-term assets across the UK and internationally.
